Our commitment to transparency and your rights
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AtlasCRM.co ("Service"), including our Chrome extensions (Data Harvester and Notes Autopilot), website, and members dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AtlasCRM provides subscription-based access to CRM automation tools delivered as Chrome browser extensions, along with a web-based dashboard for managing subscriptions, downloading CSV logs, and accessing harvested data lists. The full CRM platform is under development and will be made available to subscribers when ready.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harvest data you do not have authorization to access
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our extensions
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input, extract, or generate using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases at the end of your current billing period. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, and payment details (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Usage data: Extension usage statistics, run logs, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics to improve the Service.
CRM data: Data extracted or processed through our extensions is transmitted to our servers only as necessary for CSV generation and cloud storage. Extension processing occurs primarily in your browser.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional communications (billing, service updates)
- To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics
- To respond to support requests
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security audits.
4. Chrome Extension Permissions
Our Chrome extensions request only the minimum permissions necessary to function. The Data Harvester requires access to specific CRM domains to extract data. The Notes Autopilot requires input simulation permissions to auto-fill forms. We do not access browser history, bookmarks, or data from unrelated websites.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Cloud hosting provider — Server infrastructure
- Transactional email provider — Service communications
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. CSV logs and harvested lists are retained for 90 days after generation, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights from your dashboard or by contacting us at support@atlascrm.co. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are collected server-side without third-party tracking scripts.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with AtlasCRM. Here's how refunds work:
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal payment. Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@atlascrm.co with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Members Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, or for chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. We encourage you to reach out before disputing a charge — we're happy to resolve issues directly.
